I’m Carolina, a PMP®-certified project manager and the founder of Method Projects.
I’ve spent my career leading complex, multi-stakeholder work—where clarity, structure, and decision-making aren’t optional. In those environments, progress depends on the ability to simplify complexity, align priorities, and move forward without perfect information.
That’s the work I’ve done consistently: bringing structure to moving pieces, helping people navigate competing priorities, and creating the momentum needed to move important things forward.
